Welcome to Ostras Pedrin Centro, a premier oyster bar nestled in the heart of Ciutat Vella in Valencia, Spain. Located at C/ de Bonaire, 23, this lively establishment is renowned for its exceptional offerings that captivate seafood lovers from near and far. With a welcoming atmosphere and a vibrant, local vibe, it's easy to see why this spot is often described as a “must-visit” by both locals and travelers alike.
At Ostras Pedrin Centro, the true stars of the menu are the oysters, praised for their remarkable freshness and exquisite flavor. Patrons rave about the raw oysters, which are a culinary highlight, delivering a taste of the sea like no other. One visitor, Triboi Dragos, could hardly hold back his enthusiasm, exclaiming about the freshness that exceeded expectations. But that's not all; there's a delightful array of grilled oysters that also steals the spotlight, as noted by Doris Lui, who couldn't resist returning for more after her daughter’s rave approval on their first visit.
The culinary journey here extends beyond oysters. Guests can also indulge in carefully selected tapas that complement the aquatic mainstays, like the anchovies that drew praises from Neeharika. The pairing of these dishes with a well-curated wine list adds to the remarkable dining experience, enhancing the flavors of the seafood to new heights. Furthermore, the house vermouth proves to be an excellent companion for the meal, elevating the overall experience.
The atmosphere at Ostras Pedrin Centro is equally noteworthy. It pulsates with energy as servers dash between tables, embodying the bustling spirit of a beloved local eatery. While the high traffic can make for a lively experience, finding a seat at the bar, particularly in the quieter back room, can afford a more intimate exploration of the menu. The positive sentiments are echoed by customers like K M, who appreciated the staff’s knowledgeable recommendations, ensuring that each visit is engaging and fulfilling.
In summary, Ostras Pedrin Centro is more than just an oyster bar; it is a gathering place for food enthusiasts eager to experience the best of Valencia’s seafood offerings. Damn, this must have been some of the best oysters we've had. They are so incredibly fresh and tasty, exactly what we were hoping for. The personnel is always in a rush, but that's because they are a very busy place. Luckily, we popped by on a weekday and before 8pm, so we managed to enjoy this thoroughly. If you would visit this establishment on the weekend or after 8pm, would be wise to make a reservation. Excellent quality and experience. The house Vermouth was also a great pairing.

I know it’s famous for its raw oyster. But we came here twice during our 5-day stay in Valencia because of grilled oyster. I was here with my 4 year old girl on the first day, we didn’t want to disappoint our girl so we order one grilled oyster for her to try. She LOVED it and kept on saying we should go back! And so we did. I tried the grilled oyster for my second visit and I’m dying to order some more! The flour of the oyster was condensed and it’s so rich and flavorful!!!

A MUST VISIT in Valencia if you enjoy seafood & a tapas bar ambiance, Servers had high energy and made great recommendations off the menu. We had Esturión, Huevas, Ostras y Anguila served with some pan. It was all delicious and recommended. Initially, when we arrived about 8pm , it was very crowded and we were seated in a much quieter back room. We asked for barra seating, and the timing was perfect as someone had just vacated seating there. We were able to truly enjoy the food , drinks and ambiance of a wonderful tapas bar. Do not miss visiting this spot. And, enjoy!

Fantastic, unique spot to eat amazing seafood. The oysters were some of the biggest and best I’ve ever tasted. The smoked fish platter was also incredible and the tomato salad was unreal. Definitely worth a visit.

This oyster bar in Valencia is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for a wide selection of fresh oysters – they are truly excellent. However, don’t expect much beyond that. The rest of the food was disappointing, the beer didn’t taste fresh, and the space is very limited – you end up sitting almost on top of other guests. Come here for the oysters, which are absolutely worth it, but for anything else, I wouldn’t recommend it.

House wine for 2.5€ (very good) and oysters priced at 4€>?? What’s not to like. Service was great, options are extensive with pickles, oysters, smoked fish etc. atmosphere is echoey, some sound absorption would be good, but I can’t fault the thing I came for — food. Would recommend!
